The front room is very spacious, facing the front garden of the property, with single pine bed. One wall is completely fitted to include:-
- very spacious wardrobe, with shelves above and beside
- in built wash basin with light, mirror, and shaver point over, with further shelf space above
- work station which will accommodate computer, printer etc, with still more shelf space above and beside
This room is ideal for those who are studying or who occasionally bring work home. The entire fitting is concealed by full length sliding doors so that all storage and work space is completely hidden from view. This room also includes:-
- TV aerial point connected to an amplifier, so TV reception is excellent
- armchair
- office style chair

Back Room
This is a large room with double pine bed, but is let for single occupancy only and includes:-
- wash basin with mirror, light and shaver point over
- wardrobe
- study table
- book shelves
- armchair
- study chair
- TV aerial point connected to an amplifier, so TV reception is excellent
This room faces the beautifully picturesque back garden and is a light and sunny room.

Tariff
£70 per week (this includes power, heating, cleaning of room and laundering of bed linen and towels).
Students on work, teaching, or clinical placements are welcome. Long or short term stays will be considered depending on room availability. |
