Residents are welcome to enjoy the spacious and beautifully planted back garden which also has seating so they may experience the tranquility of the pond and fish. A conservatory overlooks the garden, where residents may eat their meals.
Trelawney is tastefully decorated throughout, has ample electric points in all rooms, modern central heating with thermostatic valves in the bedrooms, and good quality insulation and double glazing which maintains a comfortable temperature during cold weather. |
At Trelawney, residents have their own room, plus the shared use of the luxury bathroom (which includes shower and spa bath) and kitchen.
Use of all kitchen appliances includes:-

- clothes line located in the garden
